This Privacy Policy explains how The Good Review Gate, operated by LoKi Lifted Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and

1. Information we collect

From business owners: When you create an account, we collect your email address, business name, and the Google review link you provide. We also store your chosen page settings, such as your star-rating threshold.

From customers leaving feedback: When a customer submits feedback through a business's review page, we collect their star rating, written comments, and, if voluntarily provided, their name, email address, and phone number.

2. How we use this information

Business account information is used to operate your dashboard and provide the Service. Customer feedback is shown only to the business owner it was submitted to, through their private dashboard. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data retention

We retain feedback data until the business owner deletes it, or until they close their account. Business owners can delete individual feedback entries at any time from their dashboard.

4. Third-party services

We use Supabase to store account and feedback data, and Vercel to host the application. These providers may process data on our behalf as part of delivering the Service.

5. Your rights

Customers who have submitted feedback and wish to have it removed may contact the business they submitted it to, or contact us directly at rrflipz@gmail.com, and we will assist with removal.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
