These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Good Review Gate, operated by LoKi Lifted Solutions, LLC ("the Service"). By creating

1. Description of service

The Service provides businesses with a customer feedback page that routes positive reviews to their Google Business profile and captures lower-rated feedback privately, along with a dashboard to view and manage that feedback.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to collect customer information for any purpose other than operating your business's feedback process, and not to misrepresent the source or nature of feedback shown or not shown to Google.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at rrflipz@gmail.com.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoKi Lifted Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
