ID CHECKS & TABS, DONE RIGHT
Your staff still check IDs. The app makes sure it happened.
Guests 18 to 20 on an 18+ night get an entry-only pass: their menu only shows non-alcoholic drinks, and any order they place is flagged for the bartender. If someone skipped the door check, their first drink order says CHECK ID before it can be made.
Tabs are optional. Guests who open one are told the exact hold amount first, and that it isn’t a charge. When the tab closes, they pay only for what they ordered.
